Lacuna Coil - Dark Adrenaline (2012) It’s hard to believe they originate from Italy. Described as an Italian gothic metal band from Milan, this latest release has a heavier sound. There are so many stellar tracks; it’s something I will be listening to a lot in the coming weeks. Most played track for me: “End of Time”

Last September, I made the decision to join the fitness centre at work.  It was a smart move - having a gym located in the building at work makes it a lot easier to get motivated about working out.  I typically participate in the classes offered around lunchtime - either 12 or 1pm classes.  This is a great way to break up the work day; it can give you a boost of energy before the dreaded afternoon...

Saying goodbye to 2010.
